🔁 Cancellation Policy (Ticket Bookings)

Cancellations are possible only if the booking platform (e.g., BookMyShow) allows it for that specific cinema. Please verify this before finalizing the deal.

If a cancellation is processed, a nominal fee of ₹10 will be charged for handling. For example, if the platform refunds ₹270, you will receive ₹260 back from me.

💰 Refund Policy (for Reserved Slots)

If you reserve an offer slot by paying the fee in advance, you can request a full refund if the cancellation is made on or before the 25th of the reserved month.

No refunds for reservation fees will be issued for requests made after the 25th of the month.

📜 Important Notes & Availability

• First Come, First Served: Bookings are handled in the order they are received. Offers are limited.
• Platform Quotas: Booking platforms have their own daily/weekly promotional quotas. If their quota is full, we may need to try again at a different time, even if I have an offer available.
• Pro-Tip: Booking chances are highest on weekday mornings and at the beginning of the week/month when platform quotas often refresh.
• Reserve a Slot (Optional): You can pay my service fee in advance to reserve one of my offer slots for either the current month or the next month. This reserves my offer, but not the platform's quota.
• Reservation Flexibility: You can exercise your reserved slot anytime during the month.
• Cancellable Reservations: Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled on or before the 25th of the month.

🤔 Why is there a small service fee?

While the ticket offer is a promotional benefit, the service fee covers the time and effort to provide a seamless booking experience for you. This includes:

• Dedicated Support: Coordinating details, checking availability, and completing the booking on your behalf.
• Offer Management: Acquiring and managing these limited promotional offers.

Essentially, you're paying a small amount for a convenient service that saves you a much larger one on your tickets!
